Nadean, has over 18 years of experience in the health care industry, working with various population bases. She has over 10 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual needs. She holds a strong belief in the promotion of an individual’s well-being, through the emphasis on health and safety. As an avid team player, she advocates for individual rights. As a proven leader, with skills and experience, she is recognized amongst the state regions. Nadean aims for providing quality services, that are policy-driven with set services standards. She has proven herself in state-enhanced monitoring resolution.

Our agency is compromised of Registered Nurses who have experience working with individuals with intellectual needs. Our dynamic team includes nurses that have vast experience in care management that may include Mild to Severe Intellectual Needs, Autism, Mental Illness, and other health Co-morbidities.
