NSC Nurse Consultant Services LLC is a nurse consultant agency with a fresh prospective in health care management for individuals with intellectual need. We are base in Trumbull CT, but our business reaches far beyond, to other towns throughout state.
Our Process
NSC Nurse Consultant Services is owned and managed by Nadean Cohen MS, BSN, RN. We are team of skilled registered nurses and allied health staff professionals, providing health care consultation and support services through the integration of the nursing process. This includes assessment, evaluation, and creating a plan of care that is person-centered and focuses on the promotion of the health and safety for the individuals with intellectual needs.
Service Settings
NSC Nurse Consultants LLC provides skilled nurse care management to individuals with intellectual needs. We provide nurse consultant services in various settings such as Community Living Arrangements (CLA), Community Residential Supports (CRS), Day Program Service (DSO), as well as, In-home support (IHS) programs.
OUR TEAM
Our dynamic team, includes nurses that have vast experience in care management which may include mild to severe intellectual needs, Autism, mental illness, and other health co-morbidities. we encourage our team of consultants to receive continuous training to ensure NSC Nurse Consultant Services not only meet, but exceed regulations set forth by the Department of Development Service.
